The Strategy Analysts team is a special projects committee that will be working with the founders and the management on the strategic and business planning aspects of our business. This will include, but is not limited to, helping on a comprehensive business planning, branding projects, helping with investors management, feature scoping, project management & KPI tracking. The Strategy Analyst team is core to our company growth as they will be accelerated in their training and will hold deep knowledge of our platform. In addition to the projects tasked, they will be asked to attend all mandatory company brainstorm meetings, training sessions as well as help nurture future talent. Our goal is to develop the team into future leaders at our company.
What You’ll Do
Perform proficient research and analysis across emerging markets within the healthcare landscape and provide solid business judgment to derive answers in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published
Structure approaches to answer complex business questions
Develop business & go to market strategies
Take responsibility for assigned work streams and generate hypotheses. Effectively understand the work plan and execute it.
Understand strategic needs and situations and adapt to realistic expectations. Show ability to resolve discrete issues and/or drive consensus.
Identify the key drivers and generate sound hypotheses to solve our critical growth issues
What You Need
A bachelor’s or master’s level degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or any other quantitative area
0-5 years of experience in an operations, consulting or related analytical field is a plus
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to work in team and balance attention to detail with swift execution – we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
Enjoying and delivering in a challenging high-pressure environment – coupled with lots of fun!
An eagerness to identify and solve problems on your own. A self-starter attitude is a must!
Problem solving skills – expect to encounter issues (management, product design, business planning) and have a logical approach to resolution.
Exceptional Excel / data management skills
Good knowledge of research methodologies so you can define assess, structure and author a document on specific topics.
Excellent communication skills with experience and confidence in interacting with people across multiple functions and levels.
Most importantly you must be ambitious, keen to learn and forever motivated to deliver real positive impacts on healthcare in Pakistan.
