A start-up e-business in Lahore, Pakistan aims to hire a service help desk representative from 1st July 2018.

Job Description

– To contact target customer to generate sales opportunities by making daily phone calls and email, while presenting the information from service catalogue correctly.

Service Help Desk:
– Logging leads, correspondence and sales accounts into the CRM
– Responding to service desk requests i.e., pre and post sales inquiries, complaints and feedbacks with follow ups as per process guidelines while creating and closing support tickets.

Minimum Education: Bachelors
Minimum Experience: 1
