PureLogics is looking for enthusiastic BDE for its local market. The candidate should be experienced in custom software development or web and mobile app development business development in the local market.
Create daily sales lead sources.
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new leads
Identify new business opportunities and manage entire sales cycle – inception to deal close successfully.
Screen all sales leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.
Make sales presentation sales script.
Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
Writing proposals for bidding projects.
Cold call as appropriate within given market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Establishing customer needs and selling IT services accordingly.
Working on weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
Organize marketing and sales campaigns.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals
Skills & Experience:
Experience with sales lead generation and prospect management
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
Ability to own projects across multiple and geographically dispersed locations
Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities
Own/facilitate creation of proposals as needed
Proven track record in sales/business development.
Attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Should have networking abilities.
