Technical Requirements:

  • Hands on Oracle Applications system administration experience including but not limited to Oracle Applications Patching/Cloning/Migration/Upgradation/Backup/Restore/Optimization
  • Expert level knowledge with operationalizing a database management in a production environment that spans multiple regions.
  • Oracle Applications (E-Business Suite) Lifecycle management
  • Good exposure to Windows and Linux/UNIX environment, variations, scripting and administration
  • Database growth planning, database size management, efficient database backup/restore administration
  • Ability to Analyze, develop and document database SOPs, Log Sheets, Operational Manuals and assist with schema technical documentation.
  • Ability to Undertake database related tasks required with the software changes and resolve performance tuning issues

Modern challenges of re-engineering of HR

Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS) a prevalent national university devoted to higher education in disciplines of engineering and applied sciences convocation held on 4th April, 2019.


Chairman Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO), Maj. Gen. Amer Nadeem, HI(M) chaired the convocation, he emphasized the modern challenges of revolutionization demand re-engineering of human resources to viaduct the gap between public sector and industries.

“There is a need to increase quality of human resource in the country”, SUPARCO chairman further said. He admired the efforts of PAEC in areas of defence, power, agriculture, and health. He acknowledged the futurist leaders of PAEC for establishment of HR institutes like PIEAS to assemble national challenges.

Chairman Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) Muhammad Naeem, HI, SI, highlight that PAEC is doing all efforts to achieve at least eleven (11) out of seventeen (17) Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) set by the United Nations (UN). PAEC has been contributing towards socio-economic development of the country and its agriculture centres.

PAEC Chairman further informed that after establishment of first nuclear medicine centre at Karachi in 1960, PAEC has so far established eighteen (18) cancer hospitals in every part of the country with modern diagnostic and therapeutic facilities for the wide-ranging public.

Job Summary

The Product Manager is required to steer a team responsible for the development, expansion and positioning of our product offerings for a global audience.
The Product Manager develops products through market research, and is required to integrate the research findings with general requirements, specifications, timetables, pricing and plans to provide wholesome development and marketing strategies.
